DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS IT MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR OUR FISHING STAFF TO ACCOMODATE YOUR GUIDE SERVICE NEEDS.  OUR CAPTAINS AND MATES HAVE TO WORK THE CHARTER BOATS FIRST, BUT IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE, THEN THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU ON YOUR BOAT.  PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND AS SCHEDULED GUIDED TRIPS MAY HAVE TO BE CANCELLED OR POSTPONED BASED UPON THE CHARTER FISHING SCHEDULE.  THANKS.

The Ocean Isle Fishing Center is working to help you have more success fishing.  Our guide staff consists of OIFC Captains and mates themselves or guides that have been trained by OIFC captains and thus are skilled in a variety of fishing styles including Gulf Stream trolling, Live bait fishing, Bottom Fishing and Inshore/Backwater fishing.

The OIFC guides are at your service and ready to help you catch more fish on YOUR boat.  You call the OIFC (910) 575-3474 and reserve an OIFC guide for a day that suits your schedule.  The day before your scheduled trip, the OIFC guide will contact you and discuss options and your desires.  A time for departure will be set. 

You will pick up the OIFC guide from the Ocean Isle Fishing Center and begin your day of education.  The OIFC guide will stay with you so long as you desire, before being dropped back off at the OIFC.

COST TO YOU:  The fee is $50/hour for the OIFC guide, however you will be CREDITED 1/2 of this cost in an OIFC gift card when you pay.  The time starts when the guide gets on your boat and ends when the guide gets off your boat.  At the conclusion of the trip, the guide will accompany you to the register at which time you pay the total cost.  The OIFC clerk will then turn around and issue you a gift card for 1/2 of the amount, to be used as you choose.  EXAMPLE:  The OIFC guide spends 8 hours with you.  Total cost would be $400.  You pay the OIFC $400, but then the OIFC will issue you a gift card for $200*** Reservations are required and a credit card is required to make the reservation.  Payment is not taken until the conclusion of the trip, however, there is a one week cancellation policy.  If you cancel inside of 1 week for ANY reason, you will be charged $100 (pay to reimburse OIFC guide for lost time).
