Kite fishing is an art.  It has been proven deadly effective for surface feeding fish, not to mention extremely entertaining for the fishermen utilizing the technique.  You will spend the day fishing with Capt. Brant or Capt. Derek Treffinger, learning how to fly a kite properly, how to adjust its flight path, how to predict wind reaction to the kite and how to deploy baits on a fishing kite.  You will also learn the art of tending a kite while it is fishing; from both anchor and from slow troll.
